The mâmawi Café is a student-run food program at the heart of the mâmawêyatitân Centre in North Central. Our Food Tourism and Hospitality students create, prepare, and serve every menu item. The Food Tourism & Hospitality Pathway is a comprehensive cooking program that equips students with food safety certification and valuable culinary skills, allowing them to work alongside qualified chefs right up until graduation.
